Underground Sprinkler Service Technician

**This position is located in Richland, NE. Relocation or commute is required.**

Mueller Sprinklers is a commercial and residential underground sprinkler company that has been in business since 1981. In addition to underground sprinklers, we also do seeding, sodding, retaining walls and snow removal.

Starting pay based on experience and required skills.

Bonus opportunities, Accident insurance provided, Vacation accrues after 3 months.

Monday to Friday 8 to 5 occasional overtime. Hours will vary depending on season

Requirements:
2 years experience preferred
Knowledge of wifi controllers, decoders, 2 wire systems, and knowledge of pump start relays and how to wire them
Good communication skills with employees and customers
Professional appearance to the public and company
Insurable Drivers license

Summary – the service technician will repair existing underground sprinkler systems for the Columbus area. They will report directly to the Service Manager and will work independently. There will be some work with the installation crew. Some construction and equipment repair. Will need to be on call during snow removal season. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and co-workers
  • Maintain company vehicle in good/clean condition
  • Repair underground sprinkler systems
  • Time in and out daily on an electronic tablet
  • Repair and assemble Exmark mowers
  • Snow removal/deicing
  • Equipment repair/maintenance
